Gloria looks so tiny in that big ole desk. Maybe that's why they didn't start school until 8 or so... she couldn't reach to desk to write on her slate!
And everyone had a little taste of sugar cane. Then we brought it home and sprouted it.
Really.
And with so much fun had in a single day, no one can fault a little boy for opting for a ride.
Or how about the boy who took a nap in the wagon? yep, slept for about 2 hours like that. Don't mind the fingernails. Its evidence of a good time.
Way back in November, we took a family excursion out to Ocalee Days. Its basically identical to the Fall Jamboree at the Pioneer Art Settlement so we of course had a great time. Here are the kids making candles.
And there's a super cute guy with a munchkin on his shoulders.
